Sonic couples: Shadaze

"Where am I?" That strange hedgehog, who looked a lot like Sonic was at the beach. He maybe got into the whirlwind, too, like Sonic and Tails did last month. But he was different. There was a dark, but very interesting light I saw coming out of him. He sure wasn´t me friend, but should I give it a try? Yes... I make it.

"Hello? Is everything okay with you?" I asked him, and he turned around. I gasped. Red eyes like dark holes were staring at me. "If you don´t tell me, where I am NOW, you´ll be sorry!" He growled and was already ready to fight against me. "Your at a beach, silly." His eyes went a bit more little. I as wrong.

"Leave that nonsense!" His voice really was loud. I just wanted to turn arond and run away, but I didn´t do it. He was fascinating, and so I stayed - for my own risk. He calmed down a bit, but he was breathing very fast. Maybe he was ill or something.

And then, he just fainted. He laid in the white sand, and didn´t move. Maybe he is dead, I thought. I was panicing. I never saw a dead animal like me. Okay, stay calm like always, Blaze - don´t worry. Just take him with you...

I heard a strange sound. After more than two days the black hedgehog woke up again. "Urgh... Where... What..." he looked at me. "YOU!" "Ksht, back to bed. You´re pretty ill, do you know that? If you stand up now, and walk away or kill me, you´ll die." He sank back. "So you saved me, huh?"

"Yes." I looked at him. "Mhm..." He looked lost. "Are you from the same dimension as Sonic and Tails are?" The black one slowly nodded. "Thank you. I´Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog." "And I´m Blaze the Cat, princess. Nice to meet yyou, Shadow."

After some days Shadow was well again. And I knew that he would return to his dimension. But I really started to like him the last few days, maybe I loved him a bit. I opened my heart to that black hedgehog, and he did so, too. He lost everything he had, and I was all alone.

We fit together like Tails and Sonci did. I told him about Cream, and how much I miss her, and he just smiled. His teammates were a robot and a bat, but I thought he was the leader of them. Yeah, I would belive everything he says.

Then, it was the day the whirlwind appeared near the island. He stood there all day, just staring out to te ocean, listening to the waves. The sun was going down whe I finally got to talk to him. "You have to go, or you´ll miss the whirlwind. And it takes ten years until it apears again."

He looked at me. "Maybe I won´t return. As I told you, I lost everything ovre there." He pointed to the skies behing the clouds. "Maybe I can start again here... together with you."
